Imshi, McGregor's mascot, is no more.  A couple of hours ago, he was killed by some large dogs belonging to another villager - dogs who had killed before, and in the past attacked people.  Yet from what I understand, they were out and about, loose.

This makes me very, very angry.  It makes me angry because Imshi, known to his acquaintances as Fang (because of a single lower canine which stuck out at a rather peculiar angle), was an unassuming and inoffensive little fellow who didn't deserve a violent death.  But it makes me even angrier because Imshi wasn't my kind of dog.
